Warranty

2 years from the date of purchase on material and workmanship, under the Swiss Code of Obligations. Not covered: drop, water and overvoltage damage, tampering with the electronics, wear of the servos in continuous operation without quiet hours.

Repair

Open a ticket with a description, photo or video. I'll get back to you with an assessment. Free within the warranty, afterwards at cost (hourly rate CHF 90, spare parts per list). Ship to me by post: MAROIS Consulting, Mario Obi, Biberiststrasse 10L, 4500 Solothurn.

Shipping and returns

Shipping within Switzerland only, by post (CHF 12, free from CHF 100). Stock items in 2–5 working days, made-to-order devices in approx. 2 weeks. Returns of unused stock items within 14 days; made-to-order devices are excluded from the right of return – details in the terms and conditions.
