Symptoms and solutions – connection, time, display, data sources, update.

Troubleshooting

Web interface not reachableTry the IP instead of pixelframe.local (shown on the display at start-up); phone and clock on the same Wi-Fi? 2.4 GHz only; guest networks often isolate devices.
No “PixelFrame-Setup” Wi-Fi visibleThe clock is already connected – take the IP from the router. Otherwise reset Wi-Fi or factory reset.
Clock shows “Waiting for time”After 25 s the fallback kicks in automatically. If the message remains, the Wi-Fi has no internet access.
Page doesn't appear in the rotationDisplay duration on the main page is set to “Off” – set a duration and save.
Image rotated after switching onSet display rotation as a correction (Display & night).
Lower half upside down / garbled imageCheck System → Panel layout.
Individual pixels missing in textSystem → Panel clock phase to “Classic”.
Clock dims by itselfCheck the night mode time window or auto brightness; with a weak power supply the clock deliberately throttles on bright images.
Weather/stocks/news show nothingCheck internet access; the status display on the system page shows the source's last response.
Stock shows “--”Check the symbol in Yahoo notation (e.g. NESN.SW instead of NESN).
PC monitor: “no response from PC”Allow through the firewall (PC monitor section); is the LHM web server running? IP correct?
Energy: “--” and “MB?” everywhereModbus enabled in the device app? IP correct? Device online, same network?
Energy: sign reversed / values nonsensicalSwap the factor between 1 and -1; data type s32 for power registers.
Picture upload failsStorage full – delete old pictures.
Update failsCheck Wi-Fi stability, trigger again.
